Birth Support
Birth support is designed to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy and labour.
During pregnancy, we’ll meet to discuss your hopes for birth, practice comfort techniques, and ensure you feel informed and empowered. When labour begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, helping create a calm, grounded environment.
My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and respected throughout your birth experience, whatever path your birth takes.
Standard Birth Package – $1,500*
Includes:
• Two prenatal visits (1–2 hours each)
• Text, email, and phone support from booking until 2 weeks after birth
• On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
• Continuous support during labour and birth
• Support for 1 hour after birth
• One postpartum visit (2–3 hours within 6 weeks)
Virtual Birth Support – $900*
Ideal for families outside my area or those who prefer virtual care.
Includes everything in the standard package, provided through video calls, messaging, and phone support, including virtual support during labour.
Labour-Only Support – $600*
For families who want support during labour itself.
Includes:
• Continuous support during labour
• Support for 1 hour after birth
Postpartum Support
The weeks and months after birth are a time of major physical, emotional, and lifestyle adjustments. Postpartum support is designed to help your family settle into this new chapter with care and confidence.
During postpartum visits, I provide practical help and gentle guidance so you can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby.
Support may include:
• Newborn care guidance
• Feeding support
• Emotional support and check-ins
• Postpartum recovery support
• Light household tasks
• Laundry and tidying
• Meal preparation
• Help adjusting to new family routines
In-Person Postpartum Support
Support is tailored to your family’s needs and may include both baby care and practical household help.
Rates
Daytime: $35* per hour
Nighttime: $39* per hour
Virtual Postpartum Support
$30*/hour
Virtual sessions can include:
• Feeding guidance
• Newborn care education
• Emotional support
• Postpartum recovery guidance
• Answering questions as they arise
Virtual care offers flexible, accessible support for families who may not need hands-on help but still want reassurance and guidance.

I believe supportive care should be accessible, regardless of economic status. If cost is a barrier, please reach out so we can discuss options. Payment plans and limited sliding scale spaces are available to help make doula care more accessible.
